
Kempten University of Applied Sciences is on the southern outskirts of the town at 61 Bahnhofstraße. The ‘Forum Allgäu’ shopping centre, the ‘bigBOX Allgäu’ venue and Kempten’s main railway station are all close by. The university is easily accessible with all forms of transport.
Kempten University of Applied Sciences is served by a number of buses.
City buses 4 and 8 and various regional buses stop in Bahnhofstraße at the ‘Hochschule’ stop..
The number 6 bus takes you to Immenstädter Straße; alight at ‘Strigelstraße’ or ‘Seitz’ and the top entrance to the campus is just a couple of minutes’ walk away.

Kempten University of Applied Sciences is about a five-minute walk from the town’s main railway station. Follow the signs for the town centre (Innenstadt).

The nearest airports are in Memmingen (FMM), Munich (MUC), Stuttgart (STR) and Friedrichshafen (FDH). Memmingen airport is around 30 minutes by car from the University and runs a transfer service.

Kempten University of Applied Sciences currently has three car parks, accessible from Bahnhofstraße through the north or south entrances. Additional parking reserved for students (access with CampusCard only) is available in Haslacher Berg and in Heinrich-Findelkind-Weg. The underground car park in Building S is for students (level - 2) and University staff (level - 1) only.
Parking is also available nearby in Immenstädter Straße north of the campus, the car park in front of the ‘Allgäu Halle’ in Kotterner Straße and the ‘Forum Allgäu’ shopping centre car park.
