Gender Equality Officer

The gender equality officer is responsible for ensuring female researchers, academic staff and students are not disadvantaged. She helps the University ensure equality between men and women and works to overcome existing problems. The gender equality officer is a voting member of both theFull Governing Board and theSenate. She attends the meetings of theUniversity Counsil in a non-voting capacity.
