    Wolfgang Ernst is a director in in corporate logistics in the business unit Mobile Hydraulics of Bosch Rexroth AG, which is owned by Robert Bosch GmbH at 100%.

    Since 2010 he is responsible for the global standardization and optimization of the logistics processes in the Bosch Rexroth plants dedicated to the business unit of Mobile Hydraulics as well as for the co-ordination of logistic requirements of the key account customer including negotiation and agreement of logistic contracts.

    Before that he was responsible for the procurement logistic of the plant in Elchingen of Bosch Rexroth for more than five years and from 2002 – 2005 he was responsible for the sparepart logistics of Bosch Rexroth’s Electric Drives and Controls Division in Lohr.

    He started his career at Bosch Rexroth within the post merger integration project for logistics after the merger of Robert Bosch Automation and Mannesmann Rexroth. Before that he attended an international trainee program at Bosch GmbH for two years. 

    Wolfgang Ernst holds degrees (Dipl-Wi-Ing) in Business & Engineering from Braunschweig Technical University Germany and an MSc in Manufacturing Management from Linköping University, Sweden.

    Wolfgang Ernst has been working as an associate lecturer at Kempten University of Applied Science since 2007.
